Remember to breathe today. Breathe too cleanse your body of air that has been sapped in and out of your body by toxic energies. Breathe to replace it with fresh and rejuvenated air. A deep breath for a few moments will improve your memory. Slow and deliberate breathing will bring you into awareness of causal, root emotions that may be breeding discomfort in your life. Spiritually, deep breathing connects us to the flow of the God’s universe and anchors us firmly in our center, which brings a sense of calm. When we are tense or in crisis, literally we forget to breathe. This puts us in the position of attempting to cope while being deprived of vital oxygen. Breathe. Remember to breathe.
